Development Plan
CicloVitale follows a phased and structured development model.
The company’s approach recognises that different activities mature over different time horizons. As a result, the development plan is designed so that certain activities generate income earlier, while others contribute to long-term value creation.

Agritourism accommodation and olive oil production are expected to provide relatively early operating income. Lavender and honey contribute complementary products that support direct sales and enhance the overall commercial offering. Vineyard development and wine production are implemented gradually and are expected to contribute over a longer time horizon.
This phased approach supports prudent capital deployment, reduces execution risk and allows the company to build a stable operating base before more capital-intensive activities reach maturity.
Over time, CicloVitale intends to expand its activities through the identification and development of additional opportunities within Central Italy, subject to appropriate evaluation and governance processes.
