Current and Planned Activities
CicloVitale currently operates according to a dual model consisting of:

Ongoing administrative activities; and

Development of an integrated rural operational platform in the Province of Perugia, Umbria.
The company’s activities are structured to combine agricultural production with hospitality and direct-to-consumer product sales, creating a diversified and resilient operating model.
Agritourism Accommodation
The hospitality component is based on small-scale self-catering accommodation. This activity is designed to generate recurring income, support rural tourism and provide a direct commercial channel for the company’s agricultural products.
Olive Cultivation and Olive Oil Production
The agricultural base includes approximately 600 mature olive trees, providing an established production activity. Olive oil represents an early and relatively stable source of agricultural income.
Vineyard Development and Wine Production
The company is undertaking phased vineyard development. Wine production is approached conservatively and positioned as a long-term value-creation activity rather than an immediate source of revenue.
